Managing Contacts#

Contacts are the clients you invoice and the vendors you pay. Manage them from Contacts in the sidebar. The list shows each contact’s name, type, email, and number of linked wallets, with tiles for your total contacts, clients, and vendors.

Finding contacts#

  • Filter tabs — Switch between All, Clients, and Vendors.
  • Search — Find a contact by name or email.
  • Export — Download your contacts from the filter bar.

Adding a contact#

New contact

Click Add contact. Enter a name (required) and choose the type, Client or Vendor. Add an email so you can send invoices and portal invites.

Optional details

Add a company name, notes, and one or more wallets (EVM or Solana addresses) used for payouts.

Save

Save the contact. They’ll appear in the list and in the customer dropdown when creating invoices.

Tip

Use Share contact link to send a form where a client or vendor submits their own details. Submissions come back to you to review, so you don’t have to type everything in by hand.

Editing a contact#

Open a contact from the list, then use Edit to change name, email, company, notes, or wallets. Invoices already sent keep the contact name from the time of send; new invoices use the updated info.

Deleting a contact#

You can delete a contact from the contact detail view. If they have associated invoices or payouts, resolve or reassign those first if the app prevents deletion.

Using contacts#

  • Invoices — Select a contact as the customer when creating an invoice. Their email is used when you send it.
  • Payouts — Pay vendors using their linked wallet addresses.
  • Client portal — Give a client a private portal to view their invoices, proposals, agreements, and files. See Client Portal.

Tip

Keep names and emails up to date so invoice emails and client portal invites reach the right person.
