CRM Overview#

Hanko CRM connects your sales pipeline to the customer, proposal, invoice, and payment records already in your organization. It does not copy customer data: CRM contacts are the same contacts used by invoices and proposals.

What you can manage#

  • Companies group contacts and opportunities under an account.
  • Deals track ownership, value, currency, close date, priority, source, probability, tags, and custom fields.
  • Pipelines and stages model different sales processes. Each stage has its own color, order, and default probability.
  • Activities and tasks record calls, meetings, emails, messages, demos, follow-ups, and general work.
  • The timeline combines notes, activities, stage changes, proposals, invoices, recorded payments, and on-chain payment transactions.

Open CRM → Dashboard for a summary, Pipeline for the Kanban board, or Deals for the table view. Filters are stored in the URL so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared with another member of the same organization.

Commercial traceability#

Create a proposal or invoice from a deal to prefill its primary contact, title, currency, value, and context. The created record remains linked to the deal. When a linked proposal is converted to an invoice—or generates milestone invoices—the deal link follows it automatically.

Existing proposals and invoices can still be created without a deal. Creating a proposal or invoice never marks a deal won automatically.

Dashboard calculations#

  • Open pipeline value is the current sum of non-archived open deals in the selected pipeline. The date range applies to decided deals, not the current open balance.
  • Weighted pipeline value is each open deal value multiplied by its probability, then summed.
  • Won value and lost value use deals whose status changed to won or lost inside the selected period.
  • Win rate is won deals divided by won plus lost deals in the period. Open deals are excluded.
  • Expected soon includes open deals due to close inside the configured forward-looking window (30 days by default).
  • Stale deals are open deals with no activity inside the configured stale window.
  • Overdue follow-ups are incomplete activities with a due time before now.

Currency values are kept separate. Select a currency filter when an organization sells in more than one currency; Hanko does not invent an exchange rate for CRM reporting.

When a deal is won or lost, Hanko snapshots its value and currency for outcome reporting. Editing the live deal afterward does not rewrite earlier won/lost totals; reopening and deciding the deal again creates a new outcome snapshot.

Access and audit history#

Every CRM record is scoped to the current organization. Owners and admins can configure pipelines, fields, tags, lost reasons, exports, and archived records. Members can perform day-to-day sales work. Deal changes, stage moves, activities, and commercial links are written to the organization audit log.
